WARRANTY
OrdMec Solutions LLP is committed to delivering high-quality hydraulic parts and components. All units undergo rigorous testing before shipping. However, if any product fails to meet expectations, we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Warranty coverage varies based on the specific model and service plan. Please refer to your purchase agreement or service contract for detailed warranty terms.
Any unit considered for warranty coverage must be returned to our facility for inspection, with freight prepaid by the customer. If the unit is found to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no cost. If a replacement is not available, full credit will be issued. A Return Authorization number (RGA#) must be referenced when returning the item, with freight prepaid.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Units disassembled or repaired by anyone other than OrdMec Solutions LLP.
- Failures caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or tampering.
- Any customer loss or expense due to equipment downtime.
- Units operated outside the original manufacturer’s specifications (this voids the warranty).
- Materials that have been painted will be subject to an additional restocking charge.
Returns
If a non-defective, unused item needs to be returned, please notify our sales department within 10 days to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA#). All items must be returned freight prepaid with a packing list referencing the RGA#.
A credit memo will be issued for returned items, less a 50% restocking charge.
Important Return Guidelines
- All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Sub-assemblies must be bagged or boxed separately to avoid damage.
- All ports must be capped to prevent contamination.
- RGA# is valid for 30 days and must be included with the return.
